Agreement

By installing or using Plumline (“the add-on”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't install it. The add-on is free.

What you may do

Use the add-on for personal or commercial purposes, in any number of spreadsheets, without payment or registration.

What you may not do

• Redistribute or resell the add-on as your own.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with its operation for others.
• Use it in violation of Google's terms or of applicable law.

Results and responsibility

The add-on computes an optimal solution to the model it reads from your spreadsheet. It cannot judge whether that model correctly represents your situation. A model built on wrong figures, missing constraints or mistranslated intent will produce an answer that is mathematically correct and practically wrong.

Decisions taken on its output remain yours. Review the model the panel shows you before solving, and the constraint check it shows you afterwards.

The add-on writes values into cells you designate. Google Sheets keeps its own version history and the panel offers an undo for its most recent write, but you are responsible for keeping copies of work you cannot afford to lose.

No warranty

The add-on is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to read every spreadsheet.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the add-on.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Availability and changes

The add-on may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the date at the top will change and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
